These terms and conditions define how Gentech Digitals works with clients and deliver services. By working with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Payment Terms
40% advance is required to begin any project.
The remaining 60% is to be paid upon final approval before delivery.
Final files, credentials, or handover will not be done until full payment is received.
2. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once the work has started.
Resources, time, and tools are invested from the first day of engagement.
3. Hosting and Deployment
Websites are hosted on our secure, fast servers.
Domain and hosting are free for the first year where applicable.
Renewal charges will apply from the second year onward.
Migration to third-party hosting (if requested) may involve additional fees.
4. Revisions
Up to 3 rounds of design or content revisions are included.
Extra revisions beyond this limit may be charged depending on the scope.
5. Delivery Timeline
Most projects are completed within 5 to 7 working days,
provided the client delivers content and approvals on time.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide clear instructions, content, and timely approvals.
All communication must be in writing (WhatsApp or email).
7. Inactivity Policy
If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 7 days, the project will be paused.
Resuming a paused project may require rescheduling or an activation fee.
8. Ownership & Final Delivery
All website files, designs, and access credentials will be handed over only after the full payment is made.
Until then, all work remains the property of Gentech Digitals.
9. Support
Support is provided Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time).
Support outside these hours will be addressed on the next working day.
10. Intellectual Property
We may display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Any third-party tools or plugins used will follow their original licensing terms.
